Products
MySQL 4.0.20 is Now Available
This is a maintenance release for the current MySQL production version. New features in 4.0.20 include:
- Phrase search in MATCH ... AGAINST ( ... IN BOOLEAN MODE) no longer matches partial words.
- If length of a timestamp field is defined as 19, the timestamp will be displayed as "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. This is done to make it easier to use tables created in MySQL 4.1 to be used in MySQL 4.0.
- Added option --replicate-same-server-id.
- Numerous other enhancements and bug fixes.

MySQL Connector/J 3.0.12 is Now Available
MySQL Connector/J 3.0.12, a new version of the Type-IV all-Java JDBC driver for MySQL has been released which:
- Adds a 'failOverReadOnly' property, to allow end-user to configure state of connection (read-only/writable) when failed over in addition to other numerous fixes.
- Adds Unsigned attribute to DatabaseMetaData.getColumns() output in the TYPE_NAME column.
- Allow 'url' parameter for MysqlDataSource and MysqlConnectionPool DataSource so that passing of other properties is possible from inside appservers.
- Numerous other enhancements

MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51.07 is Now Available
This is a maintenance release of Connector/ODBC which:
- Addresses using MyODBC with 4.0 client library
- Fixes configure to take options from mysql_config
- Includes big code cleanup to make the code (more) conformant to MySQL coding conventions
- Numerous other enhancements

MaxDB by MySQL 7.5.00.12 is Now Available
This is a maintenance release of the production version of MaxDB. This version includes the first stable release of the MaxDB SQL Database Connectivity (SQLDBC). This is a runtime library that enables applications to execute SQL statements in the database, and to access and modify data. SQLDBC supports all database versions from 7.3.00.
