Beginning in January 2003 customers with a valid MySQL support contract can get German first level support through the MySQL GmbH in Nürtingen, Germany. There is no special agreement necessary.
The German first level support includes:
- German contact person for technical questions about MySQL
- German contact person processes your requests and forwards them directly to the MySQL developers, if necessary
- MySQL GmbH supports you with the reproduction of your problem
Customers with a valid Enhanced Level Support or Premium Level Support can also contact the German support team by phone.
Customers in Germany, Austria and Switzlerland who already have signed a support contract will get their contact info for the German support team within the next days automatically.
Login support will still only be available in English. You can contact the German support team Monday - Thursday from 09:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 16:00 and Friday from 09:00 - 12:00.
