New Release of MySQL 5.0.20 Community Edition (GA)

This is a bug fix release of MySQL 5.0. This release includes the following new features and changes:

  • The MySQL Cluster storage engine now supports INSERT IGNORE and REPLACE statements.
  • Builds for Windows, Linux, and Unix (except AIX) platforms now have SSL support enabled, in the server as well as in the client libraries.
  • The syntax for CREATE PROCEDURE and CREATE FUNCTION statements now includes a DEFINER clause.
