              SUN (TM) ONE GRID ENGINE ENTERPRISE EDITION 5.3 
                  SUPPLEMENTAL BINARY CODE LICENSE TERMS

These supplemental license terms ("Supplemental Terms") add to or modify the
terms of the Binary Code License Agreement (collectively, "the Agreement"). 
Capitalized terms not defined in these Supplemental Terms shall have the
same meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.  These Supplemental Terms
shall supersede any inconsistent or conflicting terms in the Agreement, or
in any license contained within the Software.

1.  SEPARATE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE REQUIRED.  You understand and agree that
you must first obtain a separate license from Sun prior to reproducing or
modifying any portion of the Software.

2.  LICENSE CLASSES.  The rights  granted under Section 1 of the Binary Code
License Agreement shall be those defined for the applicable class of license
set forth in the Right to Use Certificate as follows:

	2.1	Definitions

		2.1.1	Computer System:  A computer system is defined as
		one physical computer, which might contain one or several
		CPUs.

		2.1.2	Grid:  A  grid is the total number of computer
		systems in the network at a single geographical location
		managed by one (1) master daemon of the Software.

	2.2	Grid License:  The Software is licensed to be used on a
	single grid containing no more than the maximum number of CPUs
	stated in the Right to Use Certificate at a single geographic site
	of the licensee enterprise.

	2.3	Campus License:  The Software is licensed to be used  on an
	unlimited number of CPUs on multiple grids at a single geographic
	site of the licensee enterprise .

	2.4	Enterprise License:  The Software is licensed to be used on
	an unlimited number of CPUs on multiple grids at any geographic
	location of the licensee enterprise.

3.  RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSTALLATION.  You are  be responsible for
installation of the Software, which shall be performed in accordance with
the installation procedures set forth in Sun's published documentation. 
Your acceptance of the Software shall occur on the date the Software is
installed and is functionally capable of processing your applications on the
designated grid.  For purposes of Software acceptance, Software installation
shall not include, or be contingent upon, the completion of any application
porting, data migration, or other services related to your use of the
Software, which services may often occur following Software installation.

4.  RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELECTION, USE AND BACKUP.  You are responsible for
the selection of the Software, for the supervision, management and control
of the use of the Software, and for any results obtained, including but not
limited to, (a) assuring proper machine configuration, (b) establishing
adequate backup or disaster recovery plans, and (c) implementing sufficient
procedures and checkpoints to satisfy its requirements for restart and
recovery in the event of a malfunction.  You have the sole responsibility to
protect adequately and backup your data and/or equipment used in connection
with the Software. Sun shall not be liable for any lost data, re-run time,
inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from your use of
the Software

5.  NO SUPPORT.  Unless you have entered into a separate support agreement
with Sun, Sun is under no obligation to support the Software or to provide
to you any updates or error corrections (collectively referred to as
"Software Updates").  If Sun provides any Software Updates, whether pursuant
to a support agreement or otherwise, at its sole discretion, the Software
Updates will be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms of
this Agreement.

6.  EXECUTION OF SOFTWARE.  This license does not permit you to execute the
Software more than once (simultaneously) without purchasing additional
licenses.

7.  TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS.  You acknowledge and agree as between you and Sun
that Sun owns the Sun, and Solaris trademarks, and all Sun, Solaris and
related trademarks, service marks, logos and other brand designations ("Sun
Marks") and you agree to comply with the Sun Trademark and Logo Usage
Requirements currently located at http://www.sun.com/policies/trademarks/.
Any use you make of the Sun Marks insures to Sun's benefits.

8.  THIRD PARTY CODE. Additional copyright notices and license terms
applicable to portions of the Software are set forth in the
THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt file.  In addition to any terms and conditions
of any third party opensource/freeware license identified in the
THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt file, the disclaimer of warranty and limitation
of liability provisions in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Sun binary code license
shall apply to all Software in this distribution.
