Virome browser

This is the github repository of the viromeBrowser R package.

Installing the package from R should work using:

install.packages(“devtools”)

library(devtools)

devtools::install_github(“dnieuw/ViromeBrowser”, build_vignettes = TRUE)

The package name is “viromeBrowser”, load the package with:

library(viromeBrowser)

Start the app by running the viromeBrowser() function.
