fishflux: Model Elemental Fluxes in Fishes

Model fluxes of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus with the use of a coupled bioenergetics and stoichiometric model that incorporates flexible elemental limitation. Additional functions to help the user to find parameters are included. Finally, functions to extract and visualize results are available as well. For an introduction, see vignette. For more information on the theoretical background of this model, see Schiettekatte et al. (2020) <doi:10.1111/1365-2435.13618>.
