Hmsc: Hierarchical Model of Species Communities

Hierarchical Modelling of Species Communities (HMSC) is a model-based approach for analyzing community ecological data. This package implements it in the Bayesian framework with Gibbs Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling.
