TripleA is an open source turn based strategy game engine. Includes the ability to play online, via email, or locally. It included the scenarios and rules for the revised, classic and AA50 editions of Axis and Allies, along with the independent games Axis and Allies: Pacific, and Axis and Allies: Europe. Several user created scenarios are available for download, spanning from WW2 settings (NEW WORLD ORDER, Pact of Steel, Big World) via WWI (The Great War) to even older historical settings (Napoleonic Wars, 270BC), to fantasy (Middle Earth, Grey Hawk Wars, Battle of Aventurica) and science fiction, and even abstract Tic Tac Toe.
